«We enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The space was limited and smaller than it looked in photos but still, it was good enough for two people. We will definitely come back next time we visit Tahoe again! »

«Perfect place for an awesome weekend get away with breath taking views of the lake right from the living room. Just a stone throw away from happening places in and around heavenly village and <10 min drive to locations in South Lake Tahoe. Beautifully designed and kept, to give that “at home” feeling. Host was super accommodative and responsive making our check-in, stay, and check-out a breeze. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back without even batting an eye. »

«Our stay was very comfortable. We loved that it was spacious enough for all 10 in our party without being on top of one another. The game room and the hot tub were an added plus! Not a negative comment but this rental does have an abundance of stairs and not a good fit for anyone who may have ambulatory issues. Just a suggestion, I would install hand rails to the entrance of the rental since the front stairs are a little steep. Other than that we had a lovely time and would book again. Thanks!»

«House was awesome plenty of room we had 10 people of which we had 3 couples. Only issue is we wanted to have 2 additional people stay which we had room for we had 2 empty bedrooms and they were not permitted to stay as they said the house only had a permit for 10 which was a bummer as they had to stay at a hotel.»

«We enjoyed access to the beach, and when we had questions we got answers almost immediately. The kitchen is upstairs which you can’t tell from the photos, and the bed in the upstairs bedroom (off the kitchen) was so hard & uncomfortable we ended up moving downstairs. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs. We stocked k cups for the next guests but I’m thinking it was closed for the winter- there is a keurig and a coffee pot but also a nice Safeway less than a mile away for whatever you might want.»

«We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of room for our two families. The highlight of our trip was our time spent in their backyard. It is huge, we basically had our own snow park. We built our own snowball battle field and sledding track. The property was not too far from Soda Springs Ski resort and Sugar Bowl. «I stayed here with my family of 5 and this house was the perfect size for us (2 adults, 3 kids: 11-17 in age). The property is a nice 15 minute walk to the main strip of Kings Beach and about a 10 minute walk from Safeway. The house itself was clean and we enjoyed the log cabin feel of the interior. «The cottage is cute, clean and comfy. We had everything we needed to cook and relax after a day of hiking in the Tahoe National Forest. The Kings Beach area is a great location for enjoying the scenery without the crowds and traffic of the south shore. Check in and communications were excellent. A very pleasant stay.»

«This was such a wonderful place to stay. The location was awesome, and the lake access was to die for. The only little hiccup we had was not being notified prior to arrival to turn off the bear deterring door mats, but needless to say we figured that out pretty quickly once we arrived:) everything else was perfect! «Lovely stay with some friends with a gorgeous view. However I will say the deck railing should be mentioned if you are bringing a toddler. It’s quite wide and my little guy could easily fit through it which made it hard to enjoy the outside space. Great location!»

«It was clean but needed an area for food storage. A cabinet in the dining room would be great for food!! The hot rub didn't work, which was irritating, as it was not working prior to our arrival. There was no wood in the woods storage area. We got our own, but would have been nice. The parking was ample for our 2 vehicles. It was easy to get around, area was quiet. I would recommend to others for a reasonable get away!»
