«Charming and quaint home. The surrounding grounds and lake were absolutely beautiful! Easy to get to, directly off the highway, but far enough away to feel relaxed. The host was great with communication. We had left an item behind and he offered to mail it back to us. We would love to stay here again in the future!»

«Great location…we walked to the Saturday Farmers Market and to the little shops in Highland Falls. Definitely recommend Andy’s for breakfast and Westy’s for a great hangout place in the evenings. Don’t miss the history of West Point!»

«The home was spacious, and comfortable. There were 7 of us who stayed, and we all enjoyed the one night stay. I would definitely recommend. One hiccup was check in process, the code I was given prior to checking in did not work. I attempted to reach out to a Nicole the host, and had no luck for almost an hour of trying and being on hold with Expedia and vrbo, we see her appear from the back.. She was extremely apologic. I'm assuming the code wasn't updated. Losing an hour was tough, only ...

«We planned a family vacation and this home was the perfect place. The weather was not suitable for the lake but we were able to enjoy the basement with all the entertainment. We had family games and movie time. The house has everything needed for cooking and great space. The den was cozy and had great views. We would love to return and enjoy the lake. Elizabeth & John were the perfect host. They provided great information about the area and were always quick to respond to our questions.»

«We screened properties for pet friendly and this listing came up every time, but we got a call from the owner the first morning telling us they were not pet friendly. The did refund us for one night of the 2 we planned to stay. The property is in a very nice part of Newburgh. When you pull up to the property there are 15cars parked around the yard that aren’t being used, 7 are covered and one is a delivery truck and a limo. «We stayed at this location for A Day. We wanted plenty of space for our son to relax if he wanted to. There were two bedrooms on the top floor and one in the second floor. When we entered the property, we had to walk up a flight of stairs to our rental. The space was nice and well kept, but I was surprised that some of the furniture in the pictures was not the same, in particular the large couch in the family room was replaced by a much smaller one.
