«We loved our stay - property was clean and in good condition, and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again. Pro tip - there’s a coffee shop run out of a church about a block away. Hours are atypical, but great coffee and the nicest people on planet earth!!!»

«In a nutshell, dreadful. Furniture missing or unsafe, lots of things broken or unusable. Exposed wires, NO fire extinguisher, NO smoke alarm or Carbon Monoxide monitor, NO fire blanket in kitchen. Inadequate kitchen tools meaning we couldn't self cater, no glasses, I could go on and on. This property appears to have not been checked by any authority for a very long time. »

«As described, convenient location to everywhere you can walk to in Cardiff. Property was clean, comfortable, air a bit smokey. Keeping the windows open helped alleviate the smell by the 2d day. Property was perfect for 2 adults -convertible sofa was comfortable and simple to operate. Property had a lot of thoughtful touches that were really appreciated. «We weren't provided with any check in information at all and I had to chase for it on the day of travel There was no property information provided in the premises at all meaning we couldn't make the TV work. There was no hot water - apparently the boiler had been turned off. We were told this after we had checked out. The shower controller was broken so if there had been hot water we wouldn't have known which way to turn the dial I asked several times for information about where I should park ...

«2nd visit to Susan’s place in pontcanna and it did not disappoint. We spent Xmas there and it was fabulous. Property accommodated the whole family and the kitchen was super stocked with everything to prepare meals for all. Pontcanna and its proximity to town is fabulous. We will return (again!). «The house was very clean, well equipped and quiet. We were staying to visit our daughter at college and this proprty was perfect for that. Its centrally located, easy to park and made a great base for our stay. The bedrooms are lovely and there is lots of living space. Theres even a cute garden. Highly recommended.»

«The property was ideal for us, staying one night and attending a concert in town. The location is great for walking into town. The online listing says the property sleeps 6. This is definitely not the case. There were 5 of us and my friend had to sleep on a small, hard leather sofa, with no sheets. This was supposed to unfold into a sofa bed, I assume, but it was broken. There was spare bedding but with no quilt cover or pillow cases, very unhygienic. Overall, it was fine for what we needed for ...

«Sleeping rooms are ok but the property overall makes a worn, in some places very worn impression. In some places the paint is flaking off the walls. The yard is a wilderness with rubbish and cigarette buds galore - really disgusting. In terms of value for money this is by far the worst ranking place on this trip. We had much better for a quarter of the price. »
