«Very disappointed with our stay at Madison Crest Hotel. We booked a room for 6 people through Expedia with two beds and a sofa bed, but received only one bed and one sofa bed. The hotel blamed Expedia, and Expedia blamed the hotel. The hotel also falsely claimed that I upgraded the room, which never happened. On top of that, the toilet was not working and the room was very cold. Poor customer service and very frustrating experience.»

«We decided to stay down the shore for Mother’s Day weekend and got an ocean front room. It was beautiful! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and the entire experience was great. 10/10 would recommend and we’d definitely stay again!»

«Our stay at ICONA Diamond Beach was above par. The resort amenities, room, cleanliness overall, and above board staff were all we could ask for. The restaurant menu, staff and food were very accommodating. We didn’t utilize the bar, but it appeared to be very well stocked. Fast wi-fi availability was a plus. We loved the view of the beach from our balcony. The resort was all it was advertised to be. We would highly recommend a stay here. »

«Room was decorated nicely, AC worked good in the room mattress was very com fortable and the bed linens were nice. On the negative side the TV could not be adjusted for volume. Only the one remote controlled the TV and it had no sound button on it. the volume was so low you might as well had it on mute. Also the shower had mostly hot, hot water and that could not be adjusted properly. You almost had to totally turn it of to get a tolerable level of heat and that slowed the stream down greatly. ...
