«Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Thank you. The phone system however was not working which was frustrating. My husband needed to physically walk down to the front desk to order room service (noone was answering when I called on my cell phone) and only the valet was there. So the valet was kind enough to take the order to the kitchen. My order came up with GF toast and no knife to spread butter or jelly on it and no napkin. so whereas the room was great, the rest was not as I ...

«Clean room, friendly staff and the a/c was perfect. Cons: only 1/2 of a shower door so water gets everywhere and there was an ice machine right outside of our room that was the absolute nosiest machine and it kept me up throughout the night. I almost went out and unplugged it until the morning »

«Everything was clean, the staff was great as always, the view is excellent even from the first floor, and the kitchen has just about everything you need. But the property is beginning to show its age and could use a quick and cheap refurbishing on things like furnishings for the doors/closets/etc. The mattresses are old and feel old.
