The house is very beautiful just like the pictures advertise. We had a wonderful day with our family and my best friend‘s family. The house had everything you could need from fishing poles to pool toys. Fishing off the dock was probably the favorite thing that we did as a family Plenty of different kinds of fish to catch out there even caught a stingray. The next thing to top the fishing was the beautiful sunrises from one side and the sunsets on the other. Absolutely perfect location for different views of sunrises and sunsets beautiful scenery. The little private beach the kids loved and they enjoyed the pool. The Kayaks were a bonus !! We loved this house we have been coming to Florida every summer and this was a beautiful house with so many things to do that you don’t have to go anywhere. The only thing I would say is maybe update a couple small things like the pool sticks. We will definitely stay again if available. Thank you for a wonderful stay !!

Tranquility

My wife, children and close friends truly enjoyed our stay at Villazo Ann. The property is located on a peaceful waterfront. A great deal of natural lighting and spacious room throughout the house.

Great place, cold pool.

Great house! We had 8 people and this was the perfect house to accommodate this size group. This was our 3rd time renting from Roelens and they continue to be Fabulous to work with. The only complaint we have is that the pool is very very cold. So cold that we only got in it one time and that was on a dare.

Bachelorette Trip

This house was great for hosting a bachelorette trip of about 8 women. The house was plenty of space and the outdoor area was our favorite. Our property manager was absolutely terrific and extremely easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

Amazing

I am from Wisconsin and Entered this house with Skepticism, and found that it is exactly as as the pictures show, It was Amazing, however those beautiful Chairs at the breakfast bar are only for looks, as they have uneven legs and rock, except for 1, and I believe the refrigerator and Lighting issues I reported were dealt with. There is a pair of Beautiful Ducks that visit everyday, not sure of the species, and if you use hotdogs for fishing off shore, you will catch many Catfish, and use lures for many more species. There are many friendly neighbors. Over all it was the most amazing stay all as described!!

Trip to Florida

Nice house the kids had a tremendous time in the pool. They love to fish, but the home definitely was in disrepair. The house was not very clean either all of our feet by the end of the day were black from the floor that obviously wasn’t cleaned .There were many HAZARDS outlets hanging out of the wall. They could a potential DANGERS to myself and grandchildren. Dishwasher was falling out from underneath the cabinet. The ice machine was broken, and the owner knew it was broken, the shelving in the refrigerator was broken not fixed egress doors from inside that were unable to be opened. I had to call them two or three times before we got anybody to come out and help and when they did come out to help items were fixed immediately, and the property manager said there were many other things that needed to be fixed as well , we spent almost a half day waiting for them to come out And fix the hazards.

Beautiful Corner On The Canals

I could go on and on but I want to start out by saying the sunsets and sunrises were my favorite ever!!!! We had the chance to c shark, dolphins and tons of iguanas and lizards ..the kids absolutely loved the pool and the searing out around the pool was plenty for the 10 of us ..we also rented a pontoon and got to enjoying riding through the canals and seeing so many beautiful boats and houses...We appreciate u having us stay in this beautiful home and hope to b able to do again in the future. Thank you!!!

Review

I was very unhappy they listed bikes and there weren't any. The master bathroom needs some repairs, like a new toilet seat. The towels should be white so that they can be bleached. Multiple mis-colored towels and washcloths. There should be blinds in the master bedroom looking toward the pool area. The steps from the pool to the yard need repaired/replaced. The kitchen was fully stocked and that was nice to have every pan we needed. Also, please address the little bugs in the kitchen on the island.

Not all wheelchair accessible, but accommodating!

FYI for any disabled people, the listing says this is wheelchair accessible but my dad who uses a wheelchair couldn’t get through the door into the only accessible bathroom… but we told the property manager and they had someone out within like an hour to remove the door!!! She was so so responsive to any of our needs, which was awesome. The other thing is that there’s a step down to get into the patio area, so my brothers had to lift my dad down that. Hopefully they can get a little ramp or something?? The property itself was great, plenty of space and the outdoor screened in portion was lovely. Beautiful sunsets :)

Overall great experience

Wish the property was in better condition for the $$ paid, it was a little dated but we had good family time. Great location (corner house) good fishing. Wish we had known their boat was for rent, we rented from a different company. Not all rooms had cable. Excellent response from Property Mgmt on assistance needed. Thx for a good time! Carolyn

Enjoyed the home and pool but the one toilet worked off and on the whole week, the outdoor shower did not initially work, the pool deck could have used a power scrub, the outdoor fans needed to be fixed

Our summer home!

This was a perfect house for our family, the house is very spacious, my son actually saved a dog that was stuck in the canal, thank goodness he saw it because a big alligator came swimming by little while later, and it was cool seeing all of the owls in their burrows throughout the neighborhood, I would definitely stay here again!

Sweet vacation

This house was very nice. Our family of 7 was pleased with the nice pool! We were disappointed that only one kayak was usable. The other one took on water because of a Crack. The private beach was awesome with a wonderful breeze! We saw dolphins, iguanas, & a snake. The beaches are far away (like an hour) and there are no beach chairs to use in the house so be prepared to rent. But it's a great location that I would definitely stay again!

Nice house for large group

Clean pool and yard, ample outdoor seating, easy access to the river and Gulf. Overall, the house was clean and had plenty of space for 10 people, including 6 kids from 11-16. There are some minor fixes that need done like the drain stop and toilet seat in the master bath. Several utensils in the kitchen were broken and need to be replaced. The dishwasher, washer and dryer all worked well.

Great house for 3 couples with kids

We really enjoyed the spacious layout of the house and especially the pool. We do wish there were a few more basic amenities like more than 1 roll of toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, paper towel etc. This was the first time I’ve rented a house where we needed to buy those things on the first day we stayed there.

Peaceful Paradise

My family had a relaxing week at this beautiful corner property! There are many amenities, and the owners stocked the house with items we didn’t even realize we would use. We grilled out every evening and ate outside by the pool, fished on the pier, and enjoyed the pool. This house allowed us “our space” while still being able to spend time together. We made wonderful family memories.
