Welcome to our Villa Alhambra Lake in the southwest of Cape Coral, Florida.
The modern and tastefully furnished villa, completed in April 2024, is located in a cul-de-sac in an absolutely quiet location and is waiting for guests to spend an unforgettable time in it. The concept and focus of the house is on the unique lake and the extremely spacious outdoor area, which invites you to relax, linger and recharge your batteries. Thanks to its south-facing orientation, you have sun all day long in both the summer and winter months and can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset to the full from the lanai. As soon as you enter the villa, you will find spacious, light-flooded rooms with spectacular views of Lake Alhambra. Large sliding glass doors lead to the covered lanai and the beautiful pool.
With over 200 square meters of air-conditioned living space, our villa offers plenty of room for up to 6 people. All 3 bedrooms have their own adjoining, modern bathroom with a spacious shower. The master bathroom is also equipped with a bathtub and even a walk-around shower (incl. rain shower), double vanity and a separate water closet. The outdoor shower, which is directly accessible from the master suite, is a very special highlight and allows you to enjoy the wonderful lake view even during an invigorating shower. Of course, the villa also has a further, separate pool and guest toilet.
The tasteful living room, the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area are open and flooded with light. The office also impresses with its large, high windows with plenty of natural light. The sliding glass doors that open completely in the living, kitchen, dining and master area make everything extremely open and the indoor and outdoor areas literally merge together.
The living room, all bedrooms and the terrace are equipped with modern, in some cases very large 4K smart TVs (Roku TV included). The Sonos sound system leaves nothing to be desired in terms of music in the living room, kitchen and on the terrace / pool area (access via Apple Airplay or corresponding app). Fiber optic high-speed Internet/WiFi is of course available free of charge.

The outdoor area offers plenty of sun and shade thanks to its spacious design. In the heated saltwater infinity pool, it is wonderfully easy to let your gaze wander and unwind. The spa/whirlpool, which can also be heated, is a wonderful place to relax and in the evening you can enjoy a fabulous end to the day with a breathtaking view of the lake. The little ones get their money's worth in the low-water area and can romp, play and have fun. Furthermore, 5 sun loungers, a lounge with table and a dining area for 6-8 people invite you to spend relaxing hours. A new 4-burner gas barbecue is at your disposal, as is the outdoor kitchen with fridge and sink. Another absolute highlight is the villa's unique outdoor shower, which allows you to freshen up in complete privacy. This is accessible from the master suite as well as via the lanai area. The pool can be secured by a children's fence.
Children are very welcome at Villa Alhambra Lake, which is why a high chair and a crib are also available.

Shopping facilities such as Publix, Walmart, Aldi, Farmer Joe's, ABC Wine & Spirits, etc. are only a few minutes away by car.
Since we live in the house ourselves several times a year, it is perfectly equipped with all amenities and furnished with attention to detail. We have made every effort to create an unforgettable vacation for our guests in a beautiful house. Bed linen, towels, beach towels, a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher tabs are provided. You can also use our beach chairs, parasol, cool boxes and a shopping cool bag.

The villa is equipped with a security system and several cameras on the side and front areas as well as in the garage. The interior, lanai and pool area are of course not included and you enjoy complete privacy. The privacy hedges on the property boundaries to the adjoining neighbors also contribute to this, so that you are completely undisturbed in the outdoor area.

Leisure attractions:
There are many leisure attractions in the immediate vicinity. The large water amusement park “SunSplash Family Waterpark” is just a stone's throw away. The nearby “Gator Mike's Family Fun Park” offers paintball, go-karts, a high ropes course and many other leisure activities. There are also several mini golf courses to play on. Of course, the “big” golfers also get their money's worth on several golf courses in Cape Coral and the surrounding area as well as on the “Topgolf” driving range in Fort Myers. The small public beach of Cape Coral is approx. 13 km away. We can warmly recommend boat fans to rent a boat in the marina. This way you are right on the open water and can go on day trips to the most beautiful and remote places. Dolphins are not uncommon companions and play in your bow and/or stern waves as the mood takes them. Beautiful beaches such as Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach are just a short drive away. Restaurants, cocktail bars, ice cream parlors, etc. invite you to indulge yourself and are easily accessible by car and sometimes even on foot.
A guided tour of the nearby rum distillery “Wicked Dolphin Rum” is also highly recommended. The subsequent tasting is just as tasty as the freshly squeezed juices or soft ice cream at the “Sun Harvest Citrus” plantation outlet in Fort Myers.

Flora and fauna, vegetation and the local wildlife can be impressively experienced at the “Babcock Ranch” or the “J.N. >Ding< Darling National Wildlife Refuge”. The latter also invites you to take shorter or longer walks on designated trails.
Shopping malls such as the Edison Mall in Fort Myers or the Miromar Outlet are around 30 minutes away by car.
Large theme parks like “Busch Gardens” in Tampa (2 hours) and countless parks such as the famous Disney World in Orlando and the surrounding area (approx. 2.5 hours) round off a wide range of leisure activities.

You will be looked after on site by our German and English speaking property management. Bringing pets is not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.
The final cleaning fee of $250 and the tax (11.5%) are added to the rental price.
Minimum stay is 7 days.
Electricity costs are billed at US$ 0.15 /kWh (more consumtion to be paid in cash to the property management on check out).. 5,-- / per day are included.
In general, when using the grill, you are encouraged to clean it yourself. Cleaning by our service staff can be ordered for $100, or will be carried out at the tenant's expense if cleaning is not sufficient.

A rental car is generally recommended.
