«The property is beautiful and massive. The pools are spotless and our room was among the best I’ve stayed in. The staff was professional and friendly. We were in the preferred section but only heard from our butler once-no biggie. We didn’t need him.
The food was adequate-typical of resorts. We were there in early May and it was quiet so only a few restaurants were open each night. It was fine.
The biggest disappointment was the beach. There were mounds of seaweed two feet high by the ...

«The hotel was beautiful pools were lovely food was great I was not happy that the buffet was not open at night for dinner especially when one of the 4 restaurants was closed each night making it hard to get a reservation. It was not busy so that helped . One nice thing was the booze was all top shelf Overall a very nice resort just not happy with good situation»

«The property feels quite dated despite charging premium rates. Its five-star designation is misleading; it aligns more closely with a four-star experience. For context, the St. Regis next door clearly meets true five-star standards and highlights the difference.
That said, the food quality at Eden Roc is very good, and the villas are spacious. However, the promotional images are somewhat misleading and don’t reflect the reality of most rooms.
