«I’m currently on my flight back home from my trip and honestly was very sad to leave today. I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Cap Cana- stayed from 1/19-1/23/26. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff is truly wonderful - they are truly courteous and attentive. I know some reviews mentioned the lack of hot water in the shower but that issue seems to be fixed - there was plenty of hot water and the water pressure is great. «This hotel is gorgeous! We needed to stay close to the airport after our original flight was canceled. The rooms were huge, really clean and just beautifully designed. The food and cocktails were the BEST we had our entire trip and the staff was just incredible. We had been in the Dominican for nearly a week at a different property that was supposed to be a 5 star resort but it had not been a great experience so this was such a refreshing change. «Las instalaciones son bonitas, las habitaciones son elegantes y acogedoras, el personal es bastante amable en su mayoría. Antes de reservar había leído comentarios negativos y debo decir que los desmiento,fue sumamente bonita la experiencia sin duda regresaría. Lo recomiendo bastante los paisajes son hermosos y el clima es soportable. Al momento del check-in te piden tu pasaporte y te asignan un mayordomo el cual está para asistirte eso sí únicamente durante la mañana y hasta las 5 de la tarde»
