«This will be my always on top of priority list to stay in Orange. Very quite and peacefully location. Morning sunrise to watching sunsets, it feels heavenly. Very well organised place and top feature appliances. We felt like at home and will always be coming back to it and will lwt other friends to know that "THE ROSSI STUDIO" is a hidden gem and should not to be missed. Thank you to the host for such a wonderful job. »

«The cottage is in a lovely location in leafy streets close to Cook Park and cafes. This is our second holiday at the cottage as it is a relaxing, well appointed, beautifully restored historic home. We’ll stay there again when we are in Orange.»

«The property is a house split into two separate short term rentals, with separate entrances. Whilst the property was comfortable enough, renovated and with ducted heating that worked very well, there were a few issues for us regarding noise. Locked interconnecting door seems to have little, or no, insulation therefore conversations from other rental could be heard in hallway and bedrooms. «This is not a national park stay, so the survey questions need altering.Mary Lemon house is sweet and comfortable and the location is pleasant for walking and close to the centre of Orange.The house needs a little attention in ways that surprised us. We've pointed out details to the host and hope to hear back from them.»

«The host was very calculated in not addressing our issue which we brought to his attention the early morning of the day of our check-in day,which we didn't even stay at due to circumstances beyond our control.The host failed to respond to my urgent request until late that evening after I again brought it to his attention which he then said it was to late to rebook. Had he responded when first being made aware,we feel he had an opportunity to rebook,instead only offering a discount on another ...

«A good location and good amenities. The garage gate did not work properly and should be fixed would be one suggested improvement but overall we really enjoyed our stay.»

«#14 Sampson is a lovely house with all the character of the town but unfortunately it didn’t live up to our expectations & certainly didn’t come close to the “premier & exceptional” label its been given.Basic things which are so easily fixed: broken kitchen tap, leaky shower, coffee machine needs a service, broken lounge (a nuisance with limited seating) but mostly it all needs a really good clean. We did not get our moneys worth and wouldn’t recommend this property.»
