«The room was clean, and the aircondition worked, but that was the only good things about this hotel. The person that was at the front desk when we arrived was rude. Most of the lights in the room were not working, the tv didn't have any channels, the shower door would not close and water went everywhere. There were holes in the towels. «The resort itself is beautiful, and many staff members were genuinely excellent, but unfortunately our overall experience fell short of what we expect from a luxury property.
