«I was happy with the hotel shuttle, once I figured out the transportation system in Cancun. The hotel restaurant provided what I was looking for, both for lunch and dinner. I was traveling alone and didn’t feel comfortable venturing out to eat, so the hotel gave me the safety and security I needed. The pool was outdoors and I didn’t want to be in the sun so opted not to swim, but several customers seemed to be enjoying the pool. »

«The room was clean, and the aircondition worked, but that was the only good things about this hotel. The person that was at the front desk when we arrived was rude. Most of the lights in the room were not working, the tv didn't have any channels, the shower door would not close and water went everywhere. There were holes in the towels. They advertised restaurant and airport shuttle, which is the reason we got this hotel as we had a really early flight. But the restaurant was closed for ...

"Bodde i 7.etg. og hadde utsikt mot havet. Flott stor balkong med en solseng. Veldig fin strand rett utenfor hotellet. Kjøleskapet vårt virket ikke, så vi ba om nytt og det fikset de samme dag. Fikk litt variert påfyll med håndklær. Jeg liker et stor, et mellom og et lite til fjes. Måtte spør etter dette flere ganger under oppholdet. Ellers var det bra. God frokost. "
