«This was the worst property that I stayed at in Three Rivers. I was so dirty that we did not feel comfortable staying at the location. The owner acknowledged that the property was not clean. But then also had a reason for everything every pic I sent of things not properly being cleaned. In the end cleanliness was 100% my issue compared to what I paid. «I did not stay at this property as I was unable to gain access and the exterior was like entering the set of a Halloween movie. I am requesting a full refund. It was no where near as it was presented. Total misrepresentation and I have pictures. I did not stay and paid another 300 elsewhere Had guests from Canada and was totally embarrassed that they would think I would ask them to stay in such a disgusting place. You should check your properties before presenting them»
