The host was very accommodating and helpful. His instructions for everything in the home was very clear and concise. He even labeled all of the light switches which if you ever rent a vacation home, this is a huge deal! Checking in and checking out were very easy. There is a parking lot to park which was ideal for loading the house ...

The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs.
