«We loved staying in this property. It had so much charm and was very well kept. It was very close to Guildford which was great for walking in to go to the pubs and shops. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train which was excellent for commuting into London. Would definitely recommend. The only caution I would say is that the stairs are very steep so if staying with elderly or young kids to be mindful. Otherwise great stay!»

«Issue with no towels provided this was eventually resolved after numerous messages, kitchen appliance not clean. House was spacious and comfortable if we hadn’t had the issues listed stay would have been good.»

The space to eat and the kitchen pictured are not exclusively part of the booking, and are shared with multiple other rooms. The kitchen is not well equipped even for making tea/coffee with no mugs, cups or glasses available or even washing up liquid. If you are looking for a space where you can cook, this is not the place. The owner kindly made me breakfast after hearing about our disappointment which was very ...
