«The property was very quiet and ideally located as advertise. Be advised that there are steep stairs to carry your suitcases. The placement of air conditioners could be improved. And the cleanliness of the pillows, and comfort of the mattresses could be greatly improved. It was a nice surprise to have an Nespresso machine and capsules. And it worked out just fine for our one night stay during a family wedding at the Sayville resort.»

«The price was fitting for what we needed. Very little to almost nothing check in instructions. The listing said AC, was surprised to find window units and the kids room did not have any unit so had to use a fan to blow air in there throughout the day and into the night. Did not specify no laundry washer/dryer on-site. Was not overly accommodating in providing options beforehand, especially when gets usually expect to have laundry onsite when renting a house. «Could not ask for a more helpful, kind, accommodating host, who made sure we had everything we needed and quickly responded to any questions we had along the way. Really sweet home on a mellow street, with a very private backyard and pool that heats up quickly and retains heat well, too. (Wish our own pool did that!) We really loved being SO village-walkable — we hardly used the car. Lots of good spots for meals and ice cream. What a wonderful way to kick off the summer with our crew!»
