Whether you are here for work or relaxation, we are ready for you when it comes to comfort and amenities! In this luxury apartment you can relax on the sofa while watching your favorite series on TV (TV Vlaanderen, Belgian channels available). Keep track of your emails or your social contacts via the free WIFI. Or relax with a good book on the great spacious sunny terrace. However, the terrace can be closed in the winter with glass curtains. This makes it wonderful to stay here all year round.



The open kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for your stay. Electric hob, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table on the terrace seats 4.



The spacious bedroom has air conditioning and a wardrobe. You also have direct access to the large terrace. Settle in your lovely double bed and get a reinvigorating night’s sleep. Wake up to the sound of the sea as the morning sun lights up the Calpe harbor.



The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and a double sink. No need to pack your hairdryer as there is one here.



Nautico is a fourth floor apartment, with a direct view of the sea and harbor. The 5 star building is well maintained and has an elevator. Furthermore, this apartment has a covered private parking space for your car. Finally, you can make a refreshing splash in the communal pool.



Nautico is perfect for elderly or couples, as well as for families with 1 or 2 small children. In addition, your furry friend is also welcome! Due to the favorable location in relation to the sun, this is also a perfect place for hibernators.

2: One well-behaved small dog weighing up to 7 kg is allowed. For this, an additional amount of € 50.00 must be paid upon arrival.

3: Suitable for 2-3 adults or 2 adults + 2 small children (sofa bed available).

4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 4 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

5: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
