The spacious living-dining area includes air conditioning, a Smart television, two 2-seat sofas, an arm chair, a dining table and access to a private balcony with lovely views of the sea, garden, and communal pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and juicer, plus a washing machine.
