«Rooms were clean. We had the queen by the pool. It was perfect for the 2 of us. The view from the pool is stunning. Very relaxing spot. 25-30 minutes from Tamarindo beach. Food on site for lunch was great. Breakfast was ok. Carolina and Enrique were very kind and helpful. All in all a nice spot. We didn’t use the spa only the hot tub. But it looked nice. The road to get there is a bit windy and rough. But part of the adventure! »

«Not very hacienda style design. Poor food, nothing to do beside being at the pool or in the standard pool. Beach ok to look at, but can't really use it or swim in the sea. Could be anywhere, far from anything resembling the real Costa Rica. Offering extremely expensive transportation to airport, added another 165 usd to the bill for a 45 min drive in the early morning in a worn out Toyota Lancruiser. But beautiful view to the Pacific. And reception did change my room to one with actual sea view ...
