Beautiful water feature / pool, the casitas are modern, clean and comfortable overall, and there’s an open shared dining area.
That said, for the price, the property needs some work.
We were told that we couldn’t use the open kitchen area at all (even to microwave our own food for a minute) because “it won’t be fair to other guests,” even though it wasn’t being used at all in the evening.
Oddly, our upgraded “Garden View” didn’t have a garden view at all; there was essentially a bush in front of it, next to a fence and a house, where presumably the owners lived. And, most importantly, the bathroom in our casita didn’t have a door, just a curtain, creating a lack of privacy for guests.
Lastly, the property was clearly subdivided to maximize income for the owners, but there isn’t much space or privacy between the casitas. And a pile of rocks at the front of the property when we walked in suggested an active construction site, rather than a place to rest and recover.
