«The property is located on a horse farm with full amenities & lovely outdoor areas to sit and chill. But most importantly, our host was amazing. He came to rescue us when our car was stuck at a nearby train station and continued to ensure we were okay. We highly recommend this property if you're after a quiet getaway with a great host who communicates well.»

«Such a delightful, cosy place. We spent a very enjoyable weekend here using it as our base to explore Kangaroo Valley. Our hosts made sure we were well informed regarding facilities provided and directions to the property. While this property is styled in a rustic manner there were some pleasing mod cons - heaters were provided (which our host thoughtfully switched on before our arrival) and even an electric blanket on each bed. «This was our first time at Culburra. We arrived in heavy rain and a bit of a chill in the air so to find such a cosy and welcoming cottage was a true bonus. We were able to heat the space well to take away the chills . The games cupboard was well supplied and once the rain went we enjoyed such games in the spacious backyard. The wifi and ability to use Spotify was also a plus. We were indeed very comfortable.»

«very quiet. Pretty garden. It was a bit cool inside as it’s winter now. Only one oil heater. It’s marketed as passive solar fit ceiling is vey high so sun effect on cold tiles was minimal . I stayed for 7 days but will try something different next time. Very good winery up a quiet road. Walkable but closes at 5pm»

«Overall, an okay little house. As other reviews state, both mattresses should be replaced. One is cheap and you feel the springs clearly, and the other is long in the tooth. Fridge had been replaced, but the old one bizarrely left on the deck next to the front door (!?). BBQ dirty on arrival. Didn't use it because of that. You get what you pay for with this one. Bird droppings all over the deck.»

«It made no difference to us but I think if you had a aged person in your party or someone who was disabled they would find it very hard to negotiate the stairs for bathing or bedrooms as this is all up on the upper level of the house it needs to be advertised accordingly»
