«The property was clean and welcoming, we were a party of eight and everyone had their own space. The host was accessible and the beds were extremely comfortable. All the comforts of home.»

«House was great! Well stocked with coffee, little creamers, pots and pans, plates, etc. We will definitely stay here again.»

«Exactly what my family needed being in town for a week long basketball tournament. A little extra space and privacy and able to cook a few meals. Nice park within walking distance. Very clean and stocked with amenities.»

«I would give a 10 out of 10 - but when we woke up in the morning there were ants all over the kitchen. The stove, the counter and the wall. I have a video. The place overall was awesome, but the ants killed it for us. We lost two boxes of donuts and cookies - two bags of chips and the fruit. We were there for a graduation and the food was for the party so we lost it all and had to buy it again. We bought food to cook but ended up going out yo eat. They fix that - it just awesome....»

«We love this house! Its always clean and ready to go when we arrive! Great location and great communication!»

«The property was as described. It is very close to Kyle Field walking distance based on your physical abilities. The owner was very always quick to respond to my messages during our visit. Parking was great and it seems like a nice and safe neighborhood. The drawbacks was there was dust in the vents that was visible and spreading to the ceilings. The supplies we were left to clean with was shredded. The apartment had a musty odor and when you walk out on the terrace you don’t want to look left. ...

«Great place.»

«Great!»

«The house was very clean and had all the appliances needed for cooking. The host was also quick to respond on a few questions I had. We would stay there again»

«Very clean, beds very comfortable Convenient to University»

«The entire stay was entirely peaceful and comfortable. Everything was perfect.»

«The host was incredibly responsive and very kind to us.»

«Great house! Great location!!»

«This home is the perfect distance to game days, conferences and anything B/CS has to offer. Our family was in town for a cattle show so having a washer and dryer and detergent supplied was a huge plus. The bright and clean interior was a welcome respite at the end of the day. We will definitely be back to enjoy this quiet and tastefully decorated home!»

«The host was responsive and accommodating on check-in, which we appreciated. However, the property itself was disappointing for the price point. We encountered multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including pests, mold/staining in bathroom areas, dirty kitchen items, worn furnishings, and non-working appliances. Overall, the home did not match the condition presented in the listing photos, and we ultimately chose to leave early rather than stay the final night.»

«Great property very nice area»

«Everything was great for a quick trip to CS! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Host was very responsive and very accommodating. Clean and spacious!»

«We had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our trip, which made everything so much easier. The home was very quiet, and I really appreciated how peaceful it was after long days out. You can tell they put a lot of work into remodeling the space, and it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!»
