The only thing you need to know is that you must be able to climb 3 steep flights of stairs from the ground floor to the bedrooms (the living area and kitchen are on the floor between ground and the bedroom level). If you are unable to do that, this is not the property for you.»

«Great location, steps from the beach. Did lack some basic necessities. Had six rolls of toilet paper for 16 guests staying five days. Floors felt very gritty. Of course being right off the beach I’m sure it’s difficult to avoid this. Had a spiral staircase as the only way to get to the second floor. This made getting larger suitcases upstairs difficult. Lots of sleeping space, beds were comfy»

The Dunedin area is fantastic and the golf cart was a huge plus! So fun to zip around town. Lots of restaurants and breweries. Short drive to Clearwater or Honeymoon Island beaches. Chairs, coolers and other beach needs were available. VRBO owners were friendly and live next door. The only disruption we encountered was very unhappy ...

«Innfridde til fulle våre forventninger. En leilighet i gåavstand til alt man trenger, bare med unntak av større matbutikk som er 5 min unna i bil. Vi var tre voksne og fire barn og hadde mer plass enn vi trengte. Sentral beliggenhet mot sentrum og den vakre badestranda med deilig sand og det magiske lyset når solen går ned. Praktisk garasje og masse utstyr til låns. Hit kommer vi gjerne tilbake!»
