«We get good responsive action when we needed the flower and front garden cut. back garden need cutting, insect started entering the house, shower curtain need to be fixed but response, we mop water everyday after shower. We stayed over 3 weeks no cleaner to clean and we paid for cleaning each time we extend our stay. We will go else where so that the house can be cleaned when we leave instead of extending it and remain in the unkept environment. We stayed that long because of nearness to home ...

«Needed somewhere to stay that was commutable to Basildon for our specific needs , dog friendly and a place to de stress. Couldn't have found a more lovely place. As all the reviews have said it was simply immaculate, the bed linen smelt heavenly and was so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to self cater and even has a little store cupboard of spices and condiments for your use. A lovely bag of scones and jams were left for us on the table on arrival, fresh ...

The location was great for exploring everything that West Mersea has to offer, especially the seafood! Everyone went away feeling totally relaxed!
