«I was at the property for less than two hours when I witnessed a rat run from the bathroom into the kitchen. Due to this, I canceled my stay and left immediately. I contacted customer support to request a refund but was told it could not be approved without photo documentation. Given the situation, my priority was leaving the property promptly rather than taking pictures. I found this experience very disappointing and expected better cleanliness standards.»

«This home and property were so lovely! Right off the highway but a beautiful farm setting. My only issue was poor communication from host- I had to contact Vrbo to get a response. I would suggest they also provide just a few more staples such as salt, foil and kitchen towels. And a fly swatter.»
