With pure designer furniture, our apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a comfortable and elegant stay. With capacity for 4 people, it has individual beds that can be converted into a double bed and 2 sofa beds. It also has a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals.
Air conditioning will keep you cool on hot days and the balcony is perfect for enjoying the fresh air and views of the city. Plus, high-speed internet will keep you connected throughout your stay.

Guest Access:
We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.
The Neighborhood:
Belgrano is a residential and commercial neighborhood located in the north of the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is known for its wide tree-lined avenues, beautiful parks and gardens, and for its historic buildings of French and colonial architecture. It offers a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as museums and art galleries, such as the Enrique Larreta Museum of Spanish Art and the Sarmiento Museum. It also has green spaces such as the City Park, the Barrancas de Belgrano Park and the Buenos Aires Botanical Garden, perfect for a picnic or a walk in nature.
Getting Around:
Belgrano offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Interaction with Guests:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
