The Space:

The building boasts an incredible rooftop infinity pool, a gym, underground parking, and a prime location in the heart of Bucerías.



Just two blocks from the beach, it offers easy access to diverse restaurants. Both the apartment and common areas have high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work or studying.



Surrounded by restaurants, bars, and various shops, the area has a lively atmosphere, so some noise is to be expected. Additionally, Bucerías is continuously growing, and ongoing construction in the area may generate noise during the day.



Guest Access:

Access to the apartment is via a personalized code, which will be provided before your arrival.



Other Things to Note:

If you are bringing a pet please check with us before booking. Pet cleaning fees apply. There is an internal set of rules that you have to agree on before your check-in.



We will ask for an official ID for the check-in process, as a security measure and by request of the building's security. Your information will be safe and private. It is essential for us to have this information before we are able to send any access information to the building because we have to comply with the internal processes and notify the administration about the guest's arrival. You will not get the access code without sending this information.

Se solicita copia/foto de ID oficial del titular de la reservación nombres y un apellido de todos los huéspedes que se van a hospedar así como un correo electrónico por seguridad (tus datos estarán seguros y no se compartirán). Es indispensable enviar la información con tiempo para garantizar el acceso a la propiedad. Hay un proceso interno con la administración del condominio y es requisito para enviar el código de acceso a al alojamiento.



Actualmente se están realizando remodelaciones en el edificio. Esto significa que durante el día puede haber ruido de construcción.

Las obras se llevan a cabo en horario diurno y buscamos minimizar las molestias lo más posible. (Mayo y Junio 2025)
