The pool and beach were literally steps away and very tranquil. And let’s talk about location… right in the heart of all of the restaurants and shops. «What a beautiful venue, everything about the condo was just prefect! Although I have to say I was a bit surprised by the amount of construction. Especially next door, but when our driveway collapsed and the jack hammer had to go for several days to fix it that was a bit much! Otherwise If it wasnt for that we had a perfect time. «We had a wonderful time in Bucerias. The condo was exactly as described, very clean, secure, close to restaurants and the beach. I would 100% recommend the property and location. We felt comfortable walking around at night. We would return in a heart beat, it was very hard to go home. «We loved our stay. We had everything we needed and love the owners. So hospital kind and generous. Patricia and Joanne helped us with our dog. Their dog was so sweet and kitties were lovely. We adored Lucille and Grabriella. They anticipated everything we needed. Lucilla shopped for us and a guided tour through the little town and bargained for us. «The location and building amenities were super. The unit was more like a hotel room rather than a studio apartment. The ‘kitchen’ is a very tiny area, not conducive to cooking anything. That aside it was very clean, the bed was really comfortable and the unit had a partial ocean view. I would stay in that building again.»

«The location to all restaurants and shops was ideal. The amenities of the property were great - pool area, food area etc. All the staff were super friendly. The negative was it took the property company 5 days to fix the dryer and we never had a working oven. We were told we would have one cleaning a week and we didn’t get a cleaning the second week. The couches and rugs were filthy. Owner should update.»

«First of all I got to say that to get to the property it's a bit tricky since GPS doesn't read all of the streets around the property and the ones going one way or the other so be careful about that (not too hard just a bit confusing) The property is very nice but I found out that the photos do not represent the actual size of the condo, it was a lot smaller of what we thought by the photos still it's a very cozy and charming property. «The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place.»
