The Space:
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit, has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed in each room. When requested we can install two twin beds on bedframes that are comfortable full mattress's. The best suited location for the extra beds are as shown in the photos 1 in master bedroom by sliding glass door, 1 in living room by sliding glass door.
Washer/Dryer in the Apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The unit has water filtration/UV Light system for kitchen sink and fridge water/ice so you may drink water and use ice from those sources.
High class furniture and decorations make this unit feel like a very nice home.
Two outdoor terraces with great outdoor furniture make for lovely seating and enjoyment.
Just steps out the front gate of Quadrant you will find easy access food locations @ Plaza Los Amores, Pizza, Japanese, Mexican, Panini Sandwiches, & a mini market convenience store called OXXO. If you want to head down to the beach you are a short 6-9 minute walk 200 meters/0.2 mile walk even paved ground all the way no hills. If you need to do grocery shopping it is a quick 8 minute card ride to Chedraui on the main avenue 3.1km/1.9miles from the property.
Guest Access:
You have access to the entire apartment and all amenities of the Quadrant Facility. Gym, Tennis, Cricket, Pool, Business Center/Lounge.

Getting Around:
For getting around download the Uber app, and drivers can pick you up and drop you off at the house or anywhere for cheap! You can also do the same with Indriver app. Local Taxi service is also an option, or public bus service, but these are more challenging to us vs applications on your phone.

We issue your invoice. We provide Mexico Tax Compliant Receipts.
NO OUTSIDE VISITORS ARE ALLOWED TO USE THE COMMON AREAS OF THE BUILDING INCLUDING POOL EXCEPT THOSE REGISTERED ON THE RESERVATIONS.
We check you into the rental in person, and we check you out of the rental in person. There is no self-check in or self-check-out option.
Security Deposit Required @ check in, 100% refundable at check out, $300 USD or Peso Equivalent (based on Bank of Mexico Exchange rates), this can be paid in cash our we can charge a credit/debit card on site at rental check-in/and process card refund at check out.
Check Out Policy: Check out is at 11AM.
We do not offer check out past 11AM.
Check In Policy: Check in is allowed between 4PM-9PM.
Early check in requests will be evaluated on a request basis.
After Hours Check In Policy:
Check in after 9PM is not something we offer as a standard business practice. If arriving by air please book an earlier flight, if arriving by car leave earlier.
Getting through the airport can take 45 Minutes-1.5 hours arriving from out of country. Travel time to the property can take another 20-45 minutes. If you are renting a car that could take 1-1.5 hours for processing and paperwork. Please book a flight that gets you in early enough to allow for these items and arrival time no later than 9PM.
If you are planning on arriving or need to arrive after 9PM you need to inquire with us first prior making your reservation to see if we can accommodate you; if we can accommodate you there will be a late check in fee payable in cash due upon arrival.
If you fail to inquire and receive approval for late check in prior to making your reservation, you will be responsible for cancelling your reservation on your side at your full cost. Any cancellation requested within two weeks of the initial reservation being received will be granted a 100% refund, anytime after that normal cancellation policy applies. Please make sure you have your transportation arrangements worked out before you make your reservation or within 2 weeks of making your reservation or your funds may be at risk based on normal cancellation policy rules/regulations.
