«Easy check in and good communication. House was in a central location within a nice 20 min walk to Poole quay past lots of shops. We also visited Poole park which was very close by and had a great walk around the lake. We only stayed 1 night but the property was furnished to a high standard with comfy beds. The parking was very tight, husband is a HGV driver so was fine but i would have struggled! Bean bags would be useful so everyone could sit together in living room. Minor things though and ...

«The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. «Overall really disappointed. Good location and functional but upon checking in there were obvious stains in the bedroom and landing. When we tried to sleep all we could smell was urine. The stains are clearly where a dog has urinated, there are multiple patches in the bedroom and also on the downstairs rug and the smell is significant. «Do not stay at this property. We hired the house for the weekend as a family of 4 with two young children. The area gets a zero. There was a man threatening to cut another man’s hand off, and then a couple who appeared to be either drunk or high, disappear into a bush to do god knows what together.
