«This place is in a beautiful location, I will give it that. In terms of cleanliness, and service it is sorley lacks. Mold and a host of insects in the room. Keys that dont work, maintenance that doesnt show up, no towels in the room and housekeeping that doesnt show up. Front desk staff that are so immune to the constant complaints that they so no empathy and are not willing to make things right. The general manager was terrible and showed little competatance dealing with the situation.»
