A large, disruptive event was taking place, and the reserved accommodation was unavailable. Alternative arrangements provided did not feel secure, and noise continued throughout the night, making rest impossible. I never received any information on how to access the property, when I arrived there was no one to check in with, a lady who does not work there asked if I needed help, I explained I was trying to check in, she ask what tent I was booked for, I told her which one and she said “ just find it and go in”, As these are tent there is no key just a zipper to open.
