«Great place. Nice and quiet. The private room is more than ok standard for that price. It's just a few minutes walk from one of many popular places to visit down town. «The most important reason to choose this hotel is the location which is superb. This hotels reminds me of a cheap London hotel in the past. Carpets all over, and interior from the 60. The reason the reviews are so mixed, is because some of the rooms have been updated, others have not. So it’s like a lottery. The AC works but the window needs to be open and you need to empty the water every 6-7 hours. New AC in the new rooms though. Parking is great, just down the stairs in the basement. Enough ...

«This accomodation had appealed to me because of the location, the secure gate, and the sauna. They lived up to all my expectations. I think it's a real hidden gem. I stayed on the ground floor in 101. I sat on my comfortable clean couch, watching sea lions feast on salmon on the river. How amazing is that? I also really appreciate the cleanliness of the room, and the friendliness of the front desk check in. »

«Room was clean, quiet and spacious. It had everything we needed and staff were friendly at the check-in desk. We found the grounds to be very dark . My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pathway lighting for safety and to make it easier to find your room at night especially in winter when it is dark by 5:00. Lovely stay otherwise.»

False Creek runs from English Bay up to the Science Center. There's now a walking and bike path that runs completely around False Creek - from English Bay, past Yaletown, around the Science Center, and up to Granville Island and beyond.

False Creek used to be Vancouver's industrial inner harbour. One-hundred years later, it has been retrofit and renovated and gentrified. Some of the architecture preserves that history. What remains now is a peaceful places where sky and sea meet. Ringed with places for coffee, places to sit and look at the sea and sky change as big and small boats move in and out of the inner harbour.

"Bestilte et stort rom for å ha separat soverom når vi skulle legge vårt barn. Slik at vi kunne ha resten av kvelden i sofaen. Fungerte greit nok det, men er åpen spalte inn til soveområdet. Sikkert ifm klimaanlegg at det er sånn. Ellers er det absolutt ikke nyoppusset. Det er slitt stort sett over alt og trenger en oppussing. Spesielt én stol i stoff er veldig slitt og den hadde jeg fjernet umiddelbart. Ser ikke bra ut. Kjøleskapet er ikke spesielt kaldt. Hyggelig betjening, spesielt han som håndterer bagasjen. Rengjøringspersonalet var meget hyggelige og gjorde en god jobb. "
