«Beautiful little chalet. Has everything you could possibly need. Very clean and tidy!! - like new!! Ideally located for a cliff top stroll to the sea front. Owners are brilliant, and communication is 10/10. Highly recommend if you are ever looking for a place to stay in Cromer.»

«Excellent location 15 mins walk into cromer ( by road) there are steps to the beach. You need to be fit to use them as there are over 200! Nice large grassed play area for kids with swings etc. It took us about 30 mins to walk to overstrand»

«We had a great home away from home experience. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and we got exactly that. It was nice to have a Christmas tree to place our Christmas gifts and experience opening our presents in front of a log fire. Our 6 year old was happy to have so much space as well as have his own time in the snug room. Great experience for all of us.»

«This chalet had everything we needed for a great week at the broads area. Booking was very easy as Sandra was very prompt also in answering any questions we had. There is a well stocked shop & post office within 2 mins walk also a very good fish shop within 5 min walk. We would definitely visit again next year.»

«We had a lovely stay in this chalet in Mundesley. The location was ideal to go to the beach, visiting Cromer and National Trust locations. The property was clean, well stocked and very quiet. Having the local Tesco around the corner was also very handy. Would definitely book again.»

«Our stay definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly, the accommodation (2 bed villa with sofa bed) was spacious and clean with plenty of storage. We enjoyed using the pool and games room - great sunset views from here! - and also had a couple of nice meals in the restaurant. We had a fun 20 minute walk to the beach which went past a playing field which my grandchildren were very happy about! «Very helpful at reception. Nice and easy for walking in to town, railway station or stadium. Parking was off site but felt secure. Yes will stay again and probably with in the next month or so but taking more rooms as with larger family. »
