This studio is situated in a fantastic location, close to Clifton Village and Clifton College, it is perfect for a couples getaway, a solo adventurer or business traveller.

This contemporary studio has everything you need, in a great great location, for you to enjoy your stay in Bristol!

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in a great location for Clifton college and the Clifton Suspension Bridge.This modern studio is perfectly situated in close proximity to:
-Clifton College- 1 minute walk
-The Downs - 1 minute walk
-Clifton Suspension Bridge - 3 minute drive
-Clifton Village (cafes, restaurants and shops)- 2 min walk

Getting Around:
Number 8 and 9 bus at the end of the road will take you into the Triangle and city centre.

Clifton Village is within walking distance from the studio.

Other Things to Note:
There is no parking with the property, however directly outside is on street parking which is free in the evenings and at the weekends. If you are looking for somewhere to leave your car during the week then please let us know and we can suggest some places.

Pots and pans are provided.

Interaction with Guests:
We are Hopewell and we are contactable by phone, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. From 5pm to 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 7pm the weekends.

Great property

Situated in a lovely part of Bristol. Clean, tidy and decorated to a high standard. Everything you need for a short stay. Minutes from shops, coffee spots, bars and restaurants. Will return when next in Bristol.

We were extremely annoyed with the standard of cleanliness of the studio. We had to clean the kitchen with all of its utensils, bathroom and living area ourselves!!The portable heater would only work on low! The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows flat and the duvet was all clumped up!!We were very disappointed clients!!

The location was fine, but we ran into several issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected. I would not stay here again based on the condition of the property. There were no cleaning supplies, barely any toilet paper or paper towels, almost no dish soap, and no extra garbage bags. Basic essentials simply weren’t provided. We were also supposed to receive two sets of towels but only had one initially. The bathroom fan didn’t work, and there was black mold throughout the bathroom which is unacceptable. The shower also didn’t drain properly upon arrival. The washing machine instructions were unclear, and the overall cleanliness was poor—there were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling, a thick layer of grease and dust on the hood fan, and grease on the stove top showing the unit hadn’t been properly cleaned.This place needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest preparation. They communicated quickly but refused to provide additional cleaning supplies or adequate toilet paper for the duration of our stay once requested. They also entered the property without us present to address the shower drain and many burnt out light bulbs. We had agreed on a time they could come previously.
