The hotel has excellent hardware, but the service experience didn’t quite match the five-star positioning.
The building itself, room design, and location are all impressive. The décor feels premium and well thought through, and overall the physical environment is a strong highlight.
However, the service fell short of what I would expect from a five-star property. At check-in, there was no staff member to escort me to the room or provide a brief introduction to the hotel facilities and room features — something that is typically standard at this level.
There were also no complimentary bottled waters placed in the room upon arrival. Guests need to either request them or collect them from the corridor, which feels more aligned with a budget hotel experience. When I requested additional room amenities, the response time was extremely slow.
Housekeeping also felt rushed. The table was not cleaned properly, and coffee and tea supplies were never refilled throughout my three-night stay.
Overall, while the physical aspects of the hotel are excellent, the service delivery needs improvement to truly meet five-star expectations.
