Check in and front office staff were excellent. Building itself is great with a beautiful pool and tennis courts.
We just were assigned room 77 for the two bedroom/three bed combo and it was in pretty rough shape compared to pic on expedia. The couches were literally coming apart at seams, only 3 drinking glasses but plenty of wine glasses 🤔, tea kettle had water sitting in bottom for who knows how long and has some pretty gnarly buildup at bottom. Microwave worked, but you had to guess at times, because the display was broken. Chair in bedroom had seat that was completely broken. Only one air conditioner in main living room without great ventilation so bedrooms got pretty hot no matter how icy the living room got. Only had vertical stand fan in each room, which meant one person got a light breeze and the other sweltered.
On positive, TV was nice, washer was in great shape, and there wash a nice drying rack on porch.
With heat and being on top floor, you could smell the garbage chute pretty strongly right outside the door. Luckily, it didn’t permeate into apartment.
Would have rated higher, but felt like a bit of bait and switch when you compared the pic to the apartment we were assigned.
