This apartment is only 5 mins walking distance away from the biggest bus and train station. There is no parking allocated to the apartment but there are a few different options around.
The closest secure parking is Wilson parking:

I would recommend always book online since they normally have deals online.
There are lots of things to do when you stay at this apartment, which is ideally located in the heart of the CBD. Brisbane is brimming with exciting activities, events and venues. You may be in town in September when the Brisbane Festival is on featuring the exciting Riverfire.
If you are visiting during October, don`t miss the fun-filled Oktoberfest and the novel Brisbane River Duck Race. There is the EKKA in August and always lots of things to do and places to see. Staying at here means you are close to everything.

By proceeding with your reservation, you agree to comply with the following terms.
🔐 Check-In & Access
Check-in instructions will be provided on the day of arrival once all requirements have been completed.
Submission of a valid government-issued ID is mandatory.
Failure to provide a valid ID will result in delays in releasing check-in instructions.
Access details are confidential and must not be shared with anyone outside your registered booking.
📶 WiFi
WiFi is available inside the apartment.
The connection is suitable for regular browsing, streaming, emails, and general online use.
The WiFi is not suitable for high-bandwidth activities such as heavy downloads, large file transfers, crypto mining, or intensive commercial usage.
Service interruptions caused by the internet provider are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Please note that TV type may vary depending on the specific unit booked.
For Smart TV Units:
Streaming apps may already be installed.
Guests must use their own personal login credentials.

Professionally cleaned bed linen is provided for your stay.

1 hand towel per reservation
Extra towels are available upon request at $10 per towel.
Please note:
Linen and towels must not be removed from the property.
Excessive staining (makeup, fake tan, dye, oil, blood, etc.) or damage will result in replacement charges.
Missing linen will be charged at replacement value.
🍳 Kitchen & Appliances
The kitchen includes essential cookware and utensils for light meal preparation.
Please note:
We do not provide condiments (salt, oil, sugar, spices, etc.).
All dishes must be washed or placed in the dishwasher before check-out.
Dispose of leftover food properly.
Appliances must be cleaned and switched off after use.
Do not leave food scraps in sinks as this may cause blockages.
Failure to leave the kitchen in reasonable condition may result in additional cleaning fees.

Please dispose of rubbish properly:

Garbage chute is located on each level near the lifts.
House-Type Properties:
Rubbish bins are located outside the property.
Important:
Excessive rubbish left behind may incur a disposal charge starting at $50, depending on weight and type.
Oversized or commercial-level waste will incur higher charges.
Hazardous Waste (Strictly Prohibited):

Chemicals or paint
Batteries
Gas canisters
Medical waste or sharps
Biohazard materials
Large furniture items
Construction debris
If hazardous waste is found inside the property, a disposal fee of $100 or more will apply.

Operate using the remote control provided.
Please switch off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
Balcony doors and windows must remain closed while the air conditioning is running.
Damage caused by improper use may result in repair charges.

🏢 Building Etiquette
To respect neighbors and building regulations:
No parties, events, or celebrations.
Quiet hours: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No excessive noise at any time.
Strictly no smoking inside the apartment or on balconies.
Prohibited activities inside the unit include:
Gambling
Illegal drug use or paraphernalia
Unauthorized business or commercial operations
Any illegal activity
Violations may result in fines, eviction, or authorities being called. Penalty fees and inconvenience fees will apply.
🚪 Check-Out Instructions
Standard check-out time: 10:00 AM
Before leaving, please:
Dispose of all rubbish properly.
Wash dishes or place them in the dishwasher.
Return furniture to its original arrangement.
Keys:
Non-carpark users: Leave keys on the kitchen bench.
Carpark users: Take your parking card, remove your vehicle, park temporarily outside then go back and leave keys on the kitchen bench inside the property,
Send us a photo showing where keys are left.
Do not leave keys at reception. Reception is a separate business.
Lost key penalty: $300 or more + locksmith fees + GST
🚭 No Smoking
This is a strictly smoke-free property.
Smoking inside the unit, on balconies, or anywhere on the premises is prohibited.
Penalty fee: $500 or more, plus additional cleaning and deodorizing costs if required.
🧹 Reporting Issues
Please report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 3 hours of check-in.
Issues reported after this timeframe will be considered as acceptance of the property’s condition.
We are always happy to assist — but prompt reporting protects both you and us.
👥 Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed in the reservation may stay overnight.
Visitors are the responsibility of the primary guest.
Unauthorized overnight guests will incur additional charges.
🚫 Conduct & Illegal Activity
We reserve the right to terminate a stay immediately if there is reasonable suspicion of:
Illegal activity
Property damage
Dangerous or disruptive behavior
Breach of house rules:
No refunds will be provided in such cases. Penalty and inconvenience fees may apply.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Tampering with smoke alarms, disabling them, or covering them is strictly prohibited.
Penalty: $500 or more, plus associated service charges.
⏰ Late Check-Out
Late check-out must be approved in advance.
