«We arrived later in the evening and when we pulled the sheets back, there was hair and a small bug. We immediately went to the front desk and asked for another room - we were told they were sold out, even though Expedia said they had availability. THEN we said fine can we just get another set of sheets - THEY SAID NO, they didn’t have any !!! We had not choice but to deal with the nastiness. «Hotel needs some upgrading, room looked run down, lampshades taped up instead of replaced. View of roof was unpleasant (tarps, tape, and cords all over ) Staff were pleasant. »

«Due to fluctuations in outside temperature, the hotel AC had not yet been activated. The room was uncomfortably hot (26C). I believe it is prudent for the hotel to notify customers in advance of this prior to locking in the reservation. Had I known, I would have made alternative reservations. I got a fan and an apology from the hotel either of which was satisfactory. Disappointed.»

«This was an awesome experience! As an animal lover it was a great short getaway! The fact you r able to stay inside the with the alpacas and the sheep is a great experience. I felt extremely comfortable in the cozy little cabin, and honestly slept better than I’ve slept in years;)!
