«I’ve stayed here a few times over the years and I’ve only ever gotten a room on the first floor, which is kind of like the basement although there is access to the parking lot I guess the property is built into the side of a hill if that makes any sense. Anyway, this time my room was quite obviously updated compared to the last few times I stayed so I don’t know if they’re going room by room or what but this room was refurbished in the last year or two is my guess. Room keys wernt given to us at check in, the light in the pool room flickered constantly for 3 days, there was a bug carcus on our bed.. coffee whitener was expired..made me sick to my stomach.. night audit maria was very rude to guests and yelling and screaming pointing aggressive manners... they said they would open breakfast up 15 min early for us to help accommodate early check outs, and maria wouldnt even turn the lights on for us!! «The entrance is awkward for the handicapped as the button to press isn't close to the doors and there aren't any sliding doors, just a single door opens. The rooms are comfortable, quiet with black-out curtains but no microwave and the lighting is VERY dim!
