«Rooms were nothing nice, very Spartan accommodations. Watch out for the $50.00 pet fee which is not reflected on the price by Expedia. Staff was very confused and didn’t seem to know policy or procedures of the hotel. Upon leaving in the morning there was no one at the front desk and it had a rolling metal shutters and no where to leave the keys. I highly recommend looking elsewhere like the comfort inn. They accept pets and can accommodate you with no surprises-»

«the staff was friendly and helpful. though the room was clean, we had to request a new coffee pot, the dresser had 2 drawers that would'nt open, the mattress on the bed was worn out, one of the air conditioner cords was cut, the dining room drapes appeared to be not be working. Only one elevator was working (the one closest to our room) and we had to walk across the entire system to get to an elevator. The stairs closest to our room were cracked, causing concern. «It was extremely clean. The pillows are not to my liking but they are the norm hotels use. The bed was firm. Fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator an electric stove top a microwave and dish washer. Free laundromat on site. Enjoyed my stay.»

«The neighbors above us were stomping around at 2am and the AC Unit in the original room we were given was making weird noises. We addressed this with the front staff & without hesitation they moved us to a different room, despite only having one night stay left. This alone was impressive for their customer service! »

«Clean and comfortable. Love the kitchenette and bigger than usual fridge. Only weird part about the room was the shower only had glass covering half the shower, no door or curtain for the other side. Originally we figured it's just a new style of shower, but the open part is where the shower head sprays and the shower head wouldn't adjust so it made a mess each time we showered. NOTE: There is parking at this property. The description says "No Parking" but that is incorrect.»

«So convenient for a night before the airport. Plenty of space in the hotel room, large pool, snack bar all came in handy. Only issue was we booked the 4 am shuttle and the shuttle driver was not only beyond rude, he made me, my toddler AND my stroller (yeah, picturing that?!) sit in the passenger seat due to the lack of room. I was so upset and shaken up from the way he spoke to me and the shuttle experience. »
