«Family lives in the house and they do not Care if you want to sleep or not. Booked for 4, got bed for 2 only. So me and my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch covered with our coat. We got 1 towel in total only. The family disturbs you with cooking until midnight, then the son started to eat very loudly, singing and making noice with the spoon on the plate in the space where we were meant to sleep. «Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house.»

«Short two night stay over the Christmas period, the house was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Location was ideal has we had arranged a visit to the Black Country Museum, also we had lovely meal booked at the Bella Dona Italian restaurant both within a short drive. The barn was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for 11 of us to relax (8 adults and 3 young children) Downstairs was 2 bedrooms (one had the bunk room attatched) and upstairs was another 2 rooms and one of those rooms included a little mezzanine with single bed. «Lovely comfortable cottage. Well equipped and very central to local shops. I walked to Long Mynd from the cottage. Wouldnt hesitate to return here at some point in the future. Owners were very responsive to messages»

«This is our 8th stay here. It's a lovely lodge in a peaceful, rural setting with a few other lodges surrounding it. It is really well equipped, comfortable an excellent find. We originally came for the steam railway that's nearby but our son lives close by so it's convenient for visiting. Jan and Paul are great hosts, nothing to much trouble and it's always spotless.»
