Waterfront Delaware Bay Escape

«Such a fun experience! You can actually fish right off the back deck….which we did with the grandchildren for hours! The only two suggestions I can make are….bring extension cords for the fans, and kitchen items if you prepare big meals. This didn’t have an effect on our stay. My daughter rented a house nearby and we tapped into her amenities.»

Elegant Family Stay • Quiet Neighborhood • Comfort
New Castle
10.0 av 10, Suverent, (12 anmeldelser)
«This is an elegant home. It is very clean and comfortable. We had 6 people —3 couples and stayed 3 nights in this place. We really enjoyed it. I would recommend to anybody. There is only one confusion I had, that is the descriptions says there are 5 bathrooms, but it actually has three. Two with showers on the second floor and one on the first floor. Therefore, two bedrooms have to share one bathroom. I wish it was explained more clearly.»

«Property needs a good cleaning & updated. There were broken blinds, a broken faucet handle, also a broken storm door handle, not to mention broken gate on deck. The host was nice though & was able to answer any questions that I may have had. Overall it’s a nice place & served its purpose for what I needed it for.»

«Our time here was an attraction in itself. There were so many small details. I won't mention all of them as I don't want to spoil the surprise but one of our favorites was a telescope pointed towards an ocean piling where birds frequently perch. The house felt interactive and playful. There were snacks and beverage options (including tea, coffee, water, and even other surprises) available. Very clean. One consideration is the stairscase. I would advise caution for those with mobility issues (bad ...

«From the moment we booked, Ms. Dorshalee set the tone for an exceptional stay. Communication was prompt, clear, and genuinely warm — exactly what you want when coordinating a family vacation. Every question was answered quickly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before we even arrived. The property itself was a wonderful backdrop for our July 4th celebration, but what truly elevated the experience was the host’s attentiveness and care. «The home was clean with a welcoming atmosphere. Little helpful friendly notes were posted. The owner was responsive with questions. The basic condiments in the fridge, tea & coffee, water bottles, and bathroom toiletries were thoughtful provisions for short term stays. Having on site parking was a huge advantage.»
