«All details of our booking were correct and in their system, staff as always are great, efficient, informative and empathetic, including the restaurant and bar staff. Rooms are very good and clean and the free breakfast packs are welcome, undercover car parking in front of your room is very convenient.»

«The host had excellent communication and were proactive in reaching out to update me on how things were tracking. Songbirds is in a beautiful spot with gorgeous views of the water. The property was very tidy and wonderfully presented.We were lucky enough to enjoy some storms rolling in from the third floor balcony with a few tins after a long day and it was an awesome experience. Songbirds will be the first place I look up to stay the next time I'm in the area for sure»

«The property itself is beautiful and quirky which we loved. The kitchen train carriage is also great and it's a wonderful area to stay in.
Breakfast was OK, but very basic. Our main issue was privacy - which varies depending on the room you're in. This was not accurately described in our opinion and we were disappointed to discover our bedroom faced directly onto a shared verandah. We had other guests right outside, literally 2 metres from our bed - and with very thin verandah doors and ...
