We have stayed here four times and normally a lovely stay and I highly recommend but this last stay, sadly was not.
Owner will make you feel very unwelcome and a nuisance. Called for a possible early check in, even if the room is ready they are not on site to accept you. When getting back for the 2pm check in we had to ring buzzer multiple times to get help. No pool towels so bring make sure you bring your own.
At check out we were out of the room by 9:30 and popped down to the pool for the kids to have a swim before the drive home. We were asked at 9:50 when we would be leaving. We said we were out of the room and expected that we would be able to stay for a swim as the parking lot was empty and we were using our own towels. She did give us half an hour and called me on the dot to make sure we were on our way out. When getting back to the car (which is right out of the room, motel style) my daughter wanted out of swim suit for drive home it had started raining so we quickly popped into the room which was still uncleaned and unlocked for her to get changed (obviously if it was already cleaned we would not have went in) The owner was waiting and watching outside of the glass patio doors and made us feel very uncomfortable.
