«I had booked this room for a visiting friend. The hotel did not look fancy on the outside, but the price was excellent. My friend was very happy since her room was recently refurbished and the bed very comfortable. The room was also very quiet so she got a great sleep. »

«I found the hotel nice and pleasant, with good bathroom facilities, and a nice, comfy room. I also really liked the veranda right outside my room and being able to enjoy the outside.»

«Had the studio and it was great for 2 people. Nice bathroom, spacious shower, and big bed. Provided with shampoo, conditioner and body wash and were provided with more when asked (including toilet paper, and towels!). also came with basic utensils (spoons, forks, knives) and appliances such as a kettle, toaster and microwave. Comes with bowls and plates too! Staff were very kind as well.»

«Every staff member was so polite and professional. Rooms were very clean. The amenities and the little snacks they left were great. Most of all I loved that they had refillable water jugs and a water fountain on every level. I didn’t realise how much it makes a difference just to have access to a water fountain 24/7. »

«The room was great ,very dark which was great for sleeping ,quiet considering it’s beside the pub ,enjoyed the continental breakfast which we weren’t expecting would certainly recommend it »

«Very nice , clean room. I had a small incident (felt quite huge in the moment ) when I locked myself out when I left both my keycards in the room. Telephone stuff were helpful after hours too and quite timely . Happy with friendly service overall . »

«The property itself is beautiful and quirky which we loved. The kitchen train carriage is also great and it's a wonderful area to stay in. Breakfast was OK, but very basic. Our main issue was privacy - which varies depending on the room you're in. This was not accurately described in our opinion and we were disappointed to discover our bedroom faced directly onto a shared verandah. We had other guests right outside, literally 2 metres from our bed - and with very thin verandah doors and ...
