«We stayed with our daughter and her fiancé to celebrate our daughter receiving her Masters Degree from SU. The place was wonderful. Exactly as pictured. Great view of the sea and we enjoyed the balcony. Rooms were very comfortable. There is no air conditioner in the second bedroom but if you leave the door open and turn on the other ones in the living area and the master bedroom then it worked fine. Overall a great property!»

«My stay here was wonderful. The close proximity to lots of fabulous spots, the view from the living room and the overall comfort of the unit makes this place a gem. The host Michael responded promptly whenever I had something to share or ask about. I’ll probably be staying here again whenever I visit in the future.»

«We really enjoyed our visit. Condo is ideally located for walking to just about anything you would want to see in downtown Seattle, or for relatively cheap Lyft rides to locations a bit further out (Ballard, Fremont). The owners were incredibly responsive.»

«Loved the location. Able to find easy off street parking and could pay per day. Lots of places to eat, get groceries etc nearby. Was very safe building entrance. One issue we had was due to technology and I didn't really anticipate- the building entrance requires a code. Sent via text. I didn’t forward to my travel partner and my phone died. We ubered to the cruise terminal because we had luggage but still close. Tons of food and coffee shops close. Condo was comfortable and clean. Bedding and pillows were so soft and so comfortable. «The condo itself is fantastic. The area is also fantastic. The way Vacasa has set up their policies and check in/check out rules are horrible and make no sense. We saw 2 families at different times stranded outside the condo building because the Vacasa rep wasn’t there to let them in. Upon leaving you have to take the fob they give you down to the parking garage, get your car out and attempt to find paid parking so that you can run back, use the fob to enter the building/elevator, access your ...

«The condo is in a prime location to see the sights by feet… we were able to walk to space needle, Pikes Market, Pioneer Square, take a ferry to West Seattle and the to a Mariners game in one day and see the sun set on the sound on the way back. Condo is quiet, clean, and well appointed. Communication was great and it was safe.»

«We loved the location. The unit was great and communicating with the manager was easy. Our only negative was the freezer made a loud noise nearly the whole time and the toilet water ran. Definitely 8/10. We would go back anytime.»
