Spacious queen bed with premium memory foam mattress — plenty of room to get in and out from both sides. Includes nightstands, decorative accents, a stool, and still lots of open space. Not cramped like many downtown Seattle units.

Premium trundle sofa — not your typical uncomfortable pull-out. Converts into a full-size bed and a separate twin bed, both with high-quality Zinus memory foam mattresses.

Living Area:
Bright and open living space featuring a dining table for 4, large TV, heated electric fireplace for cozy Seattle evenings, fan for warmer months, and a breakfast bar with 4 stools — perfect for morning coffee or casual meals. Plenty of open space to move around — nothing feels tight or cluttered.
