«We had a fabulous time at the barn. Sally was so helpful and made check-in really easy and gave us suggestions for places to visit in the area. The barn had everything we needed and the secure garden was great for our dog. Our 2 year old daughter loved running in the fields and seeing the surrounding cows and horses. Would definitely recommend staying here! Hope to return in the future. Thank you!»

«Located on the edge of a tiny rural Devon village, this property was the perfect getaway for us and our dog. The village pub is great (although you have to be up for the walk up the steep road to get there), and the property hosts were there if you needed them, totally non-invasive if you didn’t. They left very useful recommendations, which we followed and were not disappointed. The patio area is a lovely sun trap well into the evening. «The host was so tentative and welcoming, and then left us to enjoy the lovely property. There were 13 of us and we all had a lovely time. The dining arrangements in the kitchen were great and allowed us to all sit together to eat. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge area was comfortable. «What a great place for a large group to stay. We were a group of 10 friends who based ourselves here for a long weekend. The location is idillic in the bottom of the valley next to the river…it even has its own waterfall and former mill. The parking is ample with an EV charging point. The house was spotless and the kitchen extremely well equipped. We had great weather so we’re able to also take advantage of the BBQ. «Poyers Farmhouse is a perfect cottage for 2 families and 2 dogs. The rooms are all spacious and quirky and work really well for 2 families. We found everything we needed and the hot tub and garden were appreciated by everyone. It is in a great location, walking distance to the Tarka Trail, Braunton and a good pub 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend.»
