«Samantha was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful!! The location was perfect for our weekend.»

«Quiet, cozy home. The house was very clean and accommodating when we arrived. There were many thoughtful things left for our use if needed. Including kitchen and bathroom items. Plenty of games and movies around to keep us entertained. Everything you would need for showers and bedding and it was clean and ready to use. The beds were very comfortable. The pictures do a great job depicting what is available but what you don't know is how quite and peaceful it is there. The neighbors are friendly ...

«The space was fantastic, it stayed cool enough even on the very hot day/night we stayed. overall super comfy. All the amenities provided were great and functional, it was nice to enjoy a coffee on the patio/balcony.Barb was a fantastic host and being able to hear her story and meet the goats and the barn cat was definitely very fun.The location was not too far from Corning and the drive was straight forward and easy.Naturally, it's on a goat farm and near a cow farm, so there's a touch of a smell ...

«Heavy cleaning solution smell upon walking in. Queen mattresses on full frames so mattresses wouldn't lay flat (had to modify myself for some comfort) shower curtain poorly mounted/cheap rod leaving water pouring onto bathroom floor at start of shower (excellent water pressure though!) no way to lower heat so left window open all night but no fan to move air around. Attempt to a boutique style place but only 80%. Small things but all adds up. I'd consider staying again. »

«Clean and cozy! We struggled with some of the "smart house" style features, but that was fun once we figured it out. A couple of the features didn't work. Owner was very responsive to questions and helpful. With cleaning fees and so forth it was pricey for the one night we stayed, a longer stay would balance that out.»

«Barb was super welcoming and the house was very nice. We really enjoyed getting to meet the goats!»

«House was perfectly located on the lake and the patios attached to the house were just phenomenal. Interior looks like it has all recently been remodeled. Really a great house if you’re looking for something on Lake Waneta or near Keuka Lake.»

«Nice accommodations. Very clean and suited our one night stay. Close to a very cute town center(drove, didn't walk). Everything was as described. Thank you!»
