«Beware of this hotel if you have any issues , the staff could care less about your issues and the General Manager will not talk to you either in person , phone calls or emails»

«Hello, Staying at the Residences inn at Marriott hotel was very nice, there coffee station is available 24/7 and the coffee is hot and good. Our room was clean all tv were working and a nice size tv, and the rooms was very spacious. Will stay again.»

«First we picked this hotel because it offered breakfast you can pay for. The restaurant for that is closed forever. Secondly, our safe and hotel phone were both broken and were unable to get it fixed. Next, we asked for an extra duvet 2 days in a row. Once we were given a mattress protector and the second time given 2 sheets being told they didn’t have extra. From what I saw they don’t actually wash the duvets they just change sheets. Additionally, the first night we were absolutely exhausted ...

«The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were friendly. the hotel was clean. We enjoyed our stay!»

«The property was modern and clean. The breakfast was good. The main issues my family faced was the noise from people coming in around 2am & talking loudly in the hallway. We were there for an early soccer tournament so our night was often disrupted. We were put on the first floor which I will never accept again. «Basic lodging with few frills and limited food. . But has many good points - close to airport, bright, clean, good size room, lots of parking, pleasant staff»

«The room was a little dated.»

She was ending a phone call at the front desk and I actually complimented on how well she handled the guest. I knew I had chosen the right hotel. I’m usually a 4.7 and above at choosing ...

«I am extremely disappointed with how my son and I were treated during our stay at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia. What should have been an enjoyable father-and-son trip ended with us being accused of smoking, threatened with a $500 cleaning fee, and banned from the property. I was taking a hot shower while my son was asleep when the hotel’s smoking detection system reportedly registered an alert. Neither of us had smoked in the room. Despite explaining this to staff, we were told that their ...

«Easy check in and check out. Free breakfast was great. Plenty of parking. The only thing that was difficult was that we had a lot of road noise outsode our room that lasted late into the night and started up super early in the morning. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but is something to be aware of.»

«Great Staff»
