«The room was clean and very large. I was sure I had booked a 1st floor room, but the only thing available was upstairs. Up somewhat icy stairs! The one pleasant surprise was the heated bathroom floor. For the price we paid, it was good value.»

«Although a beautiful and well located property, it is not well set up for people with mobility issues. There was no handicapped parking, and the snow on the veranda was not swept making it slippery and dangerous. There should also be railings in the outside steps, and doors that open with a touch button.»

«My wife and I had our wedding nearby and stayed at Elkside Hideout for the week.The place lives up to its name -- the day we arrived we saw 2 elk in the neighbourhood and the day we left we saw a herd of over 12. It was stunning. It was a beautiful space, amazing spa setup, and the surroundings were beautiful. We had a small ceremony nearby but had the small group (8 in total) over for celebrating and it was comfortable for everyone. We also had our pups with us, which made it really special. ...
